Just in case you did not get the message from other sources that our leaders in Washington are IDIOTS, the state of our economy as reflected in yesterday's stock market should wake you up a bit. I was kind of hoping against hope that when congress went on a month long vacation things would get better. They did not. It seems that like a "fart" the effect remains even if the creator leaves the room. The lingering effects of ignorance are profound. When you elect people to office based on popularity with the masses, and half those folks are barnacles on the ass of prosperity (the 50% that contribute nothing to society, especially taxes) what do we expect? To get into a good college you need a high GPA and good SAT scores. To get a job you need a resume'. To be President you just have to lie better than the other guys.
