Kitty's Kitchen

Thai curry chicken with rice and a raspberry pecan salad with island grown tomatoes and feta cheese. Mmm mmm good. Dessert was a date bar made with culinary input from the 2 year old twins who mixed the batter and greased the cake pan. It is surprising how much they can get on themselves.

We went to the Stop and Shop and picked up a $1 video for tonight. They have a big red machine that lets you pick the movie from a touch screen, swipe your card and go home with an instant movie. We chose the Young Victoria. Will do a movie review later.

  2. Notable Nibbler reporting for duty. What can I say, you know I love alliteration and reading up on the new delights coming out of Kitty's Kitchen. It's a masterpiece and I would also kill for an image of the date dessert. You'll be happy to know that you inspired us to do something simultaneously delicious at Point Solo: baked flour tortillas filled with ground beef, onions, garlic, cinnamon, salt, pepper, shredded cheddar and monterey cheeses, and basmati rice (cooked with some parmesan). Great flavor and accompanied by cute ears of Sarasota organic corn. Much like Kitty's kuisine, nothing like a good mix of sweet and savory.
